Cannot rate the team a Wiencke RE highly enough. They are ALWAYS available to help us with advice & solutions for our investment properties and have never given bad advice. They keep us informed of where each property is at with regard to tennants, inspections, lease expiry, repairs & maintenance and especially have always recommended excellent tennants.

5 years ago, my husband and I purchased an investment property from another agent in the Northern Suburbs. To say it was a "Baptism By Fire" was an understatement!!I'd already decided before Settlement that I needed to find another Property Manager and Andrea was recommended. The problems started when the other Agent realised that they were losing what they thought they'd automatically get to keep and got quite snarky. We then realised that they had lied to us about a number of things and that we'd inherited "The Tenant From Hell" who had been allowed to turn a beautiful home in to an absolute pig sty.Andrea's advice, support and assistance during what was a very stressful time (we ended up evicting the tenant and spent almost 6 weeks making it habitable again) was an absolute Godsend and I wouldn't have anyone else to manage our property and also consider her a friend.Andrea and the fantastic team at Wiencke & Associates are professional, friendly, honest, reliable, provide exceptional customer service and look after our property as if it was their own.
